The lawyer Edem Semedlyaev visited on Thursday on December 15 the Crimean Republican clinical and psychiatric hospital where the detainees on the case «Hizb ut-Tahrir» are placed to pass forced compulsory forensic psychiatric examination.

Semedlyaev wrote on Facebook that the human rights activist, a member of the Contact Group on Human Rights in Crimea, Emir-Usein Cook was placed to pass the solitary confinement in psychiatric hospital.

Moreover, Muslim Aliyev and Arsen Dzhepparov have been transferred from the psychiatric hospital where they passed psychiatric examination to the predetention centre in Simferopol today. However, Enver Bekirov was taken to a psychiatric hospital from prison and it is on a contrary.

«The other guys, Refat Alimov and Vadim Siruk accused in the criminal case «Yalta Hizb-ut-Tahrir» feel quite normal», the lawyer wrote.

To remind some facts, the defendants in the case «Hizb ut-Tahrir» were placed to pass compulsory forced forensic psychiatric examination because of their refusal of passing it. They explained own decision through own solidarity with the Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Ilmi Umerov.
