Ismail Ramazanov is ready to identify silovik who tortured him

Crimean political prisoner Ismail Ramazanov was charged with a specified accusations on two articles.

Journalist Alena Savchuk wrote it on Facebook.

Ramazanov is served charges under Art. 282 part. 1 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code (incitement to hatred or hate and the humiliation of people based on their group affiliation), as well as under Art. 222 part 1 (the illegal storage of bullets). Crimean Tatar claims on planting him the ammunition during a search in his house, and that he remembered the silovik who did it. The political prisoner asked for identification that officer.

As to the journalist, in addition, the case papers contain the last name Maksimenko, who is listed as the Zello group administrator where Ramazanov allegedly called for «animosity and hatred».

«Moreover, someone on surname Maksimenko  is one of the law enforcement officers who beat and nourished Ramazanov in his car after the detention. He remembered a face, made a sketch and asked to identify both Maksimenko. Though there are too much Maksimenko per one criminal case,» said Savchuk.

Supreme Court of Crimea will view a complaint about the decision on the next Ramazanov’s arrest extension on June 20 at 2 o’clock.

«Unfortunately, we know the result with a probability 100%. However, your support is very important! Come, please, and support Ismail!» lawyer Alexei Ladin wrote on Facebook.

As to the website «15 minutes», Ismail Ramazanov sent the words of support and some pictures to Oleg Sentsov during the hearing on June 14. He drew them in the pretrial detention center. That day Simferopol District Court again extended Ramazanov’s arrest. He will remain in custody until July 16th, 2018.

There were occurred regular searches on January 23, 2018. As a result, Ismail Ramazanov was detained and accused of propaganda and extremist statements. On January 24th, Crimean Tatar stated at Crimean Supreme Court’s hearing that during the house check and after detention he was beaten by Russian security forces.
