Famous journalist Arkadiy Babchenko was shot in Kiev (UPDATED)
There was attempt the well-known Russian journalist Arkadiy Babchenko’s life on Tuesday’s evening, May 29, in Kiev.
The ATR TV channel Deputy Director General informed it on Facebook.
«Arkadiy Babchenko is shot in the house, at his back. He is taken to the hospital. I’m looking for what hospital exactly is, and I’m going there,» he wrote.
Later, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine published information that Babchenko died in an ambulance car.
«Doctors messaged the ambulance line #102: a woman called them and said that she had found her husband in the blood in her house. Being injured preliminary at the back, the victim died,» the law enforcement agencies stated.
Arkadiy Babchenko is a famous Russian journalist. He also hosted the TV program «Prime: Babchenko» on ATR TV channel.
