Occupiers, despite their promises, did not take the seriously ill political prisoner Edem Bekirov to Semashko hospital in Simferopol. He stays in the medical unit of pretrial detention center.

His Aleksey Ladin wrote it on Facebook.

«I have just talked with the head of medical unit. My client Edem Bekirov, being accused of illegal possession of explosives and ammunition, was not taken for a medical examination to Semashko hospital. The reason is they could not collect the squad,» reported the lawyer.

According to him, the head of medical unit assured that next day before dinner, Bekirov would be taken to hospital.

Earlier, on January 10, the Kiev District Court of Simferopol refused to satisfy the appeal against the arrest extension and leaving Edem Bekirov in the pretrial detention center.
