Court case over «Febuary, 26» will take place on July, 20
The preliminary case «February, 26» hearing by the «so-called» Supreme Court of the Crimean Republic is planned on July, 20. It will be held in a closed session.
It was informed by the spouse of a main accused person over this case, the Deputy Head of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Akhtem Chiygoz Elmira Ablyalimova on her page in Facebook.
As she said, the «court» will take place at 10 a.m.
As «15 minutes» news’ website informs, Akhtem Chiygoz, Ali Asanov and Mustafa Degermendgi are threatened of being sentenced for organizing the protest nearby the walls of Supreme Council of Crimea on February, 26, 2014. Being the main defendant, Chiygoz might be jailed for ten years. The occupied authorities of peninsula accuse the Crimean Tatars entirely in this case. The representatives of so-called Crimean self-defenders are considered the victims. Chiygoz, Degermendgi and Asanov are staying in a prison more than a year.
