Penalty for the Crimean Tatar flag will be 20 thousand rubles: the last hearing as for the participants of the rally on 18 May was ended in Crimea
The so-called Sudak Municipal Court fined the fourth Crimean Tatar accused in participation of the rally on the Day of Remembrance for the victims of Crimean Tatar genocide. Alim Muslyadinov is also fined per 20 thousand rubles.
«Alim Muslyadinov is returned guilty and fined per 20 thousand rubles. This time the Court both rejected the lawyer’s petition and my statement on applying the photo- and video-fixation», a political expert Lenore Dulber wrote on Facebook.
She has also outraged about a decision of the Sudak «Court» to recognize the usage of the Crimean Tatar flag and generally participation in the traditional rally on 18 May as an agitation:
«The court is likely agreeing with the Road Patrol Service representatives which consider the Crimean Tatar flag as a mean of agitation. However, none of the officials could say the reason «for whom» or «against whom» the guys had agitated. The issue remains open when the court will accuse people followed the wedding auto rallies even more those kewpie toys attached to the vehicles are the clearest sign of agitation for family values».
According to the newsblog «15 Minutes», on Thursday, October 27, the so-called the Sudak Municipal Court renewed the hearing of the «case» as for four Crimean Tatars accused in participation of the rally on the Day of Remembrance for the victims of Crimean Tatar genocide. All participants are fined the penalty of 20 thousand rubles.
To remind some facts, in July «Police» department in Sudak City filed an appeal against the «court’s» decision to close the case against four Crimean Tatars who drove with the Crimean Tatar flags on their cars on 18 May in Sudak. They were tried to accuse in an involvement into an unsanctioned meeting.
On 7 June the so-called Sudak Municipal Court justified Ablyakim Ablyakimov, Seytmamut Seytumerov, Enver Chavush and Alim Muslyadinov who were tried to accuse in «violation of the established order of the meeting, rally, street marches, demonstrations, picketing».
