UEFA flag is hung in the «Crimean Football Federation» office (PHOTO)

A flag of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) was posted near the office of the so-called Crimean Football Federation in Simferopol.

The photos of flags were published by the Crimean Tatar activist, Aishe Umerova on Facebook.

To remind some facts, earlier in June 2016 the so-called president of the Crimean Football Federation, Yuriy Vertokha said that «CFF» expected to receive a membership in the UEFA League in 2018 and to create an official team in Crimea.

«We have been under the supervision of the UEFA for a long time, and it may turn out we agree on the membership in the Union in 2018. There is a positive experience as, for example, the Kosovo project. If it happens earlier, we will be happy», Vertokha says.

In fact, they are not talking about any membership of the Crimean Football Federation in the UEFA (as well as other so-called Crimean federations and unions in the prestigious international associations).

A head of the Crimean Football Federation renewed in the continental Ukraine, a vice president of the UFF, MP Serhiy Kunitsyn called the action with the flags in Simferopol in the CFF office as a self-activity.

«They can hang there even the UN flag», he commented the current situation to a newsblog «15 minutes».
