The failed takeover organizers during the elections in Montenegro on October 16 appeared the members of the Russian occupation operations in Crimea.

The journalist Kseniya Kyrillova from newsblog «Krym.Realii» got a video conversation on Skype one of the accused organizers of Montenegro takeover and a founder of the radical organization «Serbian Wolves», Alexander Sindzhelich.

Conversation on the Serbian language was granted to the newsblog editor’s office by Sindzhelich interviewer, the Serbian political scientist and the Director of the Foundation SEAS, Ventsislav Buyich. According to Buyich, the conversation held on 11 March, 2015. Sindzhelich boasts his connections with Moscow, especially with the Russian Defense Ministry, in that video.

As Buyich explained, it finds out during the conversation that it was exact Sindzhelich who had given some recommendations to the Russian militaries within which they had approved candidates of the Serb

«volunteers», and allowed them to participate in the Crimean operation. The most interesting thing here, of course, is a fact of participation the failed «terrorists» from Serbia in the Russian operations concerning Crimea as well as the selection and testing candidate’s procedures for such participation involving the Russian Defense Ministry.

According to Buyich, particularly on a background of that disturbing recent fact comes a report at the Serbian presses that Sindzhelich’ status can be changed from the defendant to the witness. According to the Serbian politician, the scale of relationship with Russia is shown with the fact that

«Serbian wolves» leader was directly involved into the implementation of Moscow plans.

However, Sindzhelich was not the only person among the Serbian radicals contacted with the Russians. Another organization suspected of complicity in the preparation of disturbances in Montenegro was

«The Balkan Cossack army». Its Ataman Viktor Zaplatin maintains a close relationship with the head of the Russian Institute of Strategic Studies (RISS), Leonid Reshetnikov. RISS originally was a part of Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), and now is run by the Russian President Administration.

To remind some facts, in Montenegro on 16 October parliamentary elections were held. The Prime Minister Djukanovic accused the pro-Russian opposition in the immediate involvement into the scenario of forced authority replacement in the country and its assassination on the election’s day.

On November 6, the General Prosecutor of Montenegro, Milivoj Katnich said about attempt of group of citizens from Serbia, Montenegro and Russia to implement a terrorist attack on 16 October. According to him, the organizers were people among the Russian nationalists who believed that the authorities in Montenegro led by the Prime Minister Djukanovic can’t be changed through elections, but through takeover only.
