Three more political prisoners are prolonged detention period in Crimea
Political prisoners in the occupied Crimea, Vadim Siruk, Rustem Ismailov and Ayder Salledinov were prolonged their arrest and left in a predetention centre.
On Tuesday, December 6, in Crimea there held several court hearings aimed to prolong the detention period in the predetention centre to political prisoners who accused of having ties with «Hizb-ut-Tahrir» organization. In the morning «court» had renewed the arrest of Timur Abdullaev till March 11, 2017, and later on to Vadim Siruk. Political prisoner’s arrest is prolonged until 8 February, 2017.
«The judge Mozhelyanskiy stretched out the arrest to Vadim Siruk. Despite the fact of Vadim’ absence in a courtroom and his defense’s objections, the judge had decided to carry out the process. Then, I challenged the judge, and he set up a new «world» record. My appeal was reviewed for a minute. I am not sure the judge has even reached up to his office. No doubts, all the arguments and statements of defense were rejected by the court!» wrote the lawyer Emil Kurbedinov on Facebook.
Meanwhile, «court» decided to prolong the arrest of Rustem Ismailov and Ayder Salledinov. They were both left in the predetention centre until March 11, 2017.
The activist Osman Arifm who was present at court’s hearings wrote on Facebook that political prisoners set their teeth for a situation nevertheless its circumstances:
«The court is ended. Ayder Saledinov is taken away. He was calm and smiling. The human’s fate is not written by the judge, but only by Allah Almighty. Rustem Ismailov, Mashallah, is smiling and calm».
