Lawyer: Persons in «case of Hizb ut-Tahrir» will be imputed violent coup in Russia
Beginning from January 13, all the Crimean Tatars who are Muslims and the persons in «case of Hizb ut-Tahrir» will be imputed article 278 of the Criminal Code of the violent coup in Russia. The lawyer Emil Kurbedinov wrote it on Facebook.
«Violent upheaval in Russia (Article 278 of the Criminal Code) is the article from tomorrow, will be imputed to all the Crimean Tatar Muslims accused of participation in Hizb ut-Tahrir. Thee will add to the article 205.5 throw-in article 278 of the Criminal Code which provides from 12 to 20 years in prison!» Kurbedinov wrote.
According to him, the remission of «too lenient sentence» by the Supreme Court of Russia to Ruslan Zeytullaev, applying the forced punitive psychiatry and now «branding the indigenous people of Crimea not only the label of terrorists, but also especially dangerous criminals aimed to organize violent coup in Russia are the links in a chain in the sick minds of the security services and in making worse political reality of Russia».
«Can you just imagine that there lived the Crimean Tatar Muslims and they suddenly become the terrorists and are even accused of violent coup in Russia?!» the lawyer said.
He emphasized that the Crimean Tatars are accused by those who in February 2014 in masks and with sniper rifles at night settled in the administrative buildings of Crimea. «Those who are in the armored vehicles «Tiger» and other «wows» entered the peninsula and then announced that we live in a different country from now!» Kurbedinov resumed.
To remind some facts, on March 16, 2014 there took place the so-called referendum in Crimea supported by the Russian army and as a result Russia annexed the peninsula. Its results had been recognized only by a few countries in the world that are dependent on Russia. On March 27, 2014, the UN General Assembly adopted a resolution «On the territorial integrity of Ukraine». In a protest against the violation of international law and the armed aggression of the «Big Seven» countries and the European Union imposed economic sanctions against Russia.
