NGO «Krym-SOS» human rights activists presented an updated interactive map of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea.

The map shows the facts of such violations as «abductions, illegal detentions and violence against Crimean Tatars, activists, journalists and others». It has been existing since November 2015. As co-founder «Krym-Sos» Alim Aliyev noted, by the time of map creation there were recorded 138 cases of human rights violations on the peninsula. Today  an interactive map has been displayed 400 cases.

According to NGO «Krym-SOS» head, Tamila Tasheva, this map is used by human rights activists and public figures at international venues to cover the situation in Crimea. Soon it will be presented in Paris, Brussels, as well as in Warsaw.

The interactive map website contains detailed diagrams and reports on offenses. According to human rights defenders, most human rights violations are related to «equality / prohibition, discrimination with reference to sex, race, color, language, religion, political or other opinions».
