A preliminary court hearing on Yalta’s «Hizb ut-Tahrir case» is scheduled
A preliminary court hearing on «Hizb ut-Tahrir case» will be held against Refat Alimov, Arsen Dzhepparov, Emir-Usein Kuku, Muslim Aliyev, Enver Bekirov and Vadim Siruk in the occupied Crimea on December 4, 2017.
Preliminary hearing will take place in the Crimean garrison military court in Simferopol. According to lawyer Dzhemil Temishev, afterwards this case might be sent to Rostov-on-Don to the North Caucasian District Military Court.
«We asked to consider the case in Crimea, because in fact all the witnesses live in Crimea, the lawyers are Crimean, and everyone won’t be able to go there», Temishev said to the website «15 minutes».
Earlier, on February 12, 2016 after mass searches and detentions, the Kyiv District Court in Simferopol they arrested Enver Bekirov, Vadim Siruk, Muslim Aliyev and Emir-Usein Kuku. Crimean Tatars are accused of participating in the organization Hizb ut-Tahrir office. On April 18, 2016 Refat Alimov and Arsen Dzhepparov were detained.
