Hizb ut-Tahrir case defendants were prolonged a detention period for the next six months (VIDEO)

The North Caucasian District Military Court extended the detention period to «Yalta’s Sixth» until May 27, 2018.

NGO «Krymskaya Solidarnost» («Crimean Solidarity») has reported about it.

The court hearing will be preliminarily held in Rostov-on-Don on December 11, 2017.

Earlier, on December 4, 2017 the court viewed an issue of extending the detention period to Yalta’s detainees (Muslim Aliyev, Emir-Usein Kuku, Vadim Siruk, Enver Bekirov, Refat Alimov and Arsen Dzhepparov) in Hizb ut-Tahrir case at an offsite session in Simferopol. This organization is banned in Russia and the occupied Crimea.
