On Tuesday on February 6, 2018 the Russian security officials beat up Crimean Tatar man, Fakhri Muratov in Dzhankoy.

23-year-old Fakhri Muratov’s mother commented on this incident.

«He has just started to slow down, they (Russian security officials – «15 minutes») throw him on the floor, kick him with legs and search the whole car. All is turned round, everything is opened ... No one introduced himself ... This is a real lawlessness! They are in black uniforms, without any identification marks. The child is all dirty, all beaten, and the car was also kicked around», Crimean Tatar woman told.

She added that the security officials left immediately after the incident.

«They immediately left. While we drove up, he woke up and rang us up, there took literally three seconds, and there was already nobody and nothing there», she said.

Earlier it became known that Russian security officials in uniform (balaclavas) beat Fakhri Muratov, the Kurultai of Crimean Tatars Revision Commission member’s son.

The head of the Mejlis of Crimean Tatars, Refat Chubarov wrote on Facebook that at the moment they had clarified some reasons of incident.

«Without any charges, the Russian security officials (OMON squad) pulled Fakhri out from the car, severely beat and threw him near the car. For now the circumstances of the incident are being clarified», he wrote.
