Lawyer: Experts in Kadyrov's case follows own assumprions
On February 12, 2018 Feodosia city court heard Suleyman Kadyrov’s case.
Both the FSS experts and Kadyrov's defense sought “calls for violating the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation” during the hearing.
«It is clear that there are some experts’ assumptions. Today, we did not see any full answers from experts from the FSS», a lawyer Emil Kurbedinov said.
Lawyer Aleksey Ladin added that the FSS experts did not predicate their answers on any proven methods.
«The FSS expert just came up with own conclusions, and they did not predicate on any methodology. Any expert’s study should be checked», he said.
Emil Kurbedinov added that the next meeting will be held on February 28.
«The next hearing is scheduled on 28th (February 28 – «15 minutes»), where we will turn to the debate, where we will finally sum up everything that has happened in the court and each evidence that was presented», added the lawyer.
Earlier, the Crimean Tatar Suleyman Kadyrov is accused of separatism. In October 2016, the Russian security officers arrived with a search to Kadyrov’s house. During the search they seized a laptop and a telephone from a man. Kadyrov is suspected of calling for non-recognition of Russia's borders and support of the public association «Asker».
