Crimean Prosecutor’s office detained Putin’s authorized representative at Chongar
On April 23, at the border crossing checkpoint «Chongar» there was detained a woman who was the presidential candidate Vladimir Putin’s authorized representative during the elections in Russia.
The Crimean prosecutor’s office reported about it.
This woman has Ukrainian citizenship, and on the temporarily occupied peninsula she collected signatures in support of the presidential candidate Vladimir Putin.
«This Ukrainian citizen participated in the official procedure for preparing for the illegal presidential election on the temporarily occupied territory, Crimea and Sevastopol, and provided assistance to the Russian Federation and the Russian NGO «Volontery Pobedy» («Volunteers of Victory») in conducting subversive activities against Ukraine to damage its sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability,» the ministry said.
The prosecutor’s office did not name a woman. However, it became known from reliable sources of the website «15 minutes» that she is the head of the Crimean office of the Russian NGO «Volontery Pobedy» («Volunteers of Victory»), Elena Odnovol.
For now, the prosecutor’s office is carrying out the necessary investigative actions and preparing to serve with charges the Ukrainian citizen.
