Mass searches in Crimean Tatars’ houses: two people are detained (VIDEO)
It is known now that searches are held at least in 8 houses in Crimea. One Crimean Tatar, Ali Bariev after the search was taken away by the FSS officers then the siloviki left the Rustem Velilyaev’s house. According to relatives, Zera Velilyaeva was taken to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation afterwards.
«Krymopt» company’s buildings and «Guzel» network, owned by the Velilyaev’s family, are still blocked. Employees are on the enterprises, and their relatives and friends are trying to pass them food and water.
As to «Crimean solidarity», the FSS officers conduct searches within the framework of criminal case. The reason, why the case was initiated and against whom, is still unknown.
According to the Crimean civilian journalists, searches are being carried out in Remzi’s, Resul’s, Ekrem’s, Zera’s and Rustem’s houses. They are all members of Velilyaev’s family. Velilyaevs are known in Crimea as business owners, patrons and founders of Bekir Choban-zadeh Foundation. They built Refat Vellyulla Mosque in Belogorsk, which was opened in April 2015. The siloviki also came with searches into Ali and Asan Bariev’s houses.
The indifferent compatriots and civil journalists come to the places of searches and broadcast live and send text messages about the searches.
As previously reported by the website «15 minutes», the massive searches in Crimean Tatars’ houses were conducted on Thursday morning, April 26, in Crimea. The siloviki came to Velilyaevs’ and Barievs’ houses. Searches are also held at «Krymopt» and «Guzel» eneterprises.
