«Now the procedure is in progress with the Federal Penitentiary Service - what address he will be kept, what special equipment is needed. Until recently, he was in jail. He has to be taken out either today or tomorrow. The Federal Penitentiary Service authorities should deliver him home, install the equipment and determine the perimeter to move,» the lawyer added.
