Crimean court refused Balukh in the medical examination
The so-called Razdolnenskiy District Court denied Balukh, who is under house arrest, to receive an appointment for medical examination in Simferopol or Feodosia.
Ukrainian political prisoner Vladimir Balukh complains of sinusitis and pain in the groin and back area, but he can’t be provided with necessary help in the district hospital. Therefore, he sent a petition to receive the appointment for medical examination in major cities - Feodosia or Simferopol, but he was refused.
Radio.Svoboda reported about it.
Balukh’s lawyer Olga Dinze said that her client was not diagnosed and didn’t even pass a full medical examination.
«As my client explained to me, the last time he visited a local hospital, he was actually denied medical help. We consider that we need to take an appointment and go to another hospital», the lawyer added.
On Wednesday on December 13, 2017 the Supreme Court of Crimea will consider an appeal regarding the preventive measure for Vladimir Balukh as a house arrest.
